Born & raised in the west rand from small mining town called VENTERSPOST is TA-MISH_SA a AFRO HOUSE , AFRO TECH, PROGRESSIVE HOUSE , AFRO MELODIC HOUSE, ELECTRONIC MUSIC DJ who is currently residing in WESTONARIA.
TA-MISH’s love for music dates from back in the early 2000s through shows like “Osikido’s Church Grooves” on Yfm. He started his music collection music from cassetts to cd’s and moved with the evolving times.
After his final year of high school, TA-MISH then started teaching himself how to produce music , mainly ‘House music’ .
In 2015 Ta Mish found himself with a bursary to study music productions and audio engineering with Boston City College under Soul Candi Institute of Music.
Early 2016 TA MISH released a two track EP under Juvinale Dee records and has never looked back.
Noticing how harsh the industry can be TA-MISH stopped with the music production and focused on being just a dj.
The hungry mind and heart of TA-MISH led him to be a founder of an annual event in his home village in North West, Madibogo called ” DEEP IN THE VILLAGE” and brought along his friend Ephram Maleho “Nicosh53K” to work alongside him.
His event got to book the likes of LTK from Motsweding FM, Mahwoo, LeeMckrazy and is sure a growing innovation.
Ta Mish has also featured on local and national radio stations such as : Alex FM, Ratlou FM (local madibogo), YFM….
His humbleness and spiritual connection with the music gives him the ability to sacrifice for what he loves doing ,is what sets him apart from some of his industry peers
Throughout TA-MISH deejaying career he managed to brush shoulders with some industry giants in the likes of ; JNR_SA,Daliwanga, Reuxan; De Cave; Mawhoo, DBN Gogo, Leemckrazy just to name a few.
His ability to deliver melodious sounds gained him bookings at some of the prestigious venues such as ; Venues :,AFROBIZA(Maracana, Sandton),GRAVITY (Krugersdorp)
Zone6Venue (Soweto), Disoufeng Pub (Soweto), Flamingo Lifestyle(Kagiso) HFR Life Style (Westonaria), Umoya Grill (Kempton park),Clayville crossing, Randburg Gateway (JHB) just to mention a few.
